Washington Business Journal celebrates LGBTQ leadership and outstanding equality practices

On June 13, 2019, as part of the Washington Business Journal publication 15 Greater Washington business and nonprofit leaders, as well as two area businesses were honored for outstanding practices in advancing LGBTQ leadership and equality. These LGBTQ and ally leaders are openly blazing the trail for diversity and inclusion in the corporate world leading the way for diversity and inclusion in the D.C.-area community through nonprofit work and more.
The awards also honored companies that work to raise the bar with programs, practices and policies that advance LGBTQ equality and leadership in the workplace.
The fun, festive and celebratory cocktail awards reception was held at the famed Watergate Hotel.
