HRC Corporate Equality Index: Who Made the List?

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation has released its annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation's foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

This year's report rated 1,384 businesses, with 545 earning a perfect score of 100 and the coveted designation as a "Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality."

To earn a perfect score, companies must meet criteria across four main categories: non-discrimination policies, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, supporting an inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility.

New this year, the CEI added criteria related to transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits, reflecting the growing importance of gender-affirming care coverage as a component of LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion.

"The Corporate Equality Index has been a powerful tool for driving corporate change for more than two decades," said HRC President Kelley Robinson. "The companies on this list are demonstrating that LGBTQ+ inclusion is not just the right thing to do — it's good for business."

The full list of CEI-rated companies and their scores is available at hrc.org/cei.
